Financial Leadership & Reporting Own all aspects of financial management, including accounting, controllership, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance . Ensure timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting to management, the Board, and PE sponsor. Develop and enhance monthly operating reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis tied to value-creation priorities. Oversee audit processes, lender reporting, and compliance with debt covenants.
