The Plant General Manager for the Arlington facility provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the Company meets its goals and objectives and facility KPIs. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading the facility management team, and fostering cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and innovation.
