Role Overview

The Director of Inside Sales leads the SDR and inside sales organisation, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, sales efficiency, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable inside sales organisation aligned with aggressive PE growth targets.

  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and productivity frameworks.

  • Optimise lead flow, qualification, and handoff processes.

  • Strengthen sales playbooks, automation, and enablement tools.

  • Partner with Marketing to maximise conversion rates at every funnel stage.

  • Implement rigorous performance management and coaching frameworks.

  • Ensure CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy, and data quality.

Candidate Requirements

  • 7–10+ years inside sales leadership, ideally in PE-backed or high-growth environments.

  • Strong analytical capability and experience building repeatable sales processes.

  • Track record of scaling SDR teams and increasing pipeline output

  • Metrics-driven operator with strong coaching skills.

  • Thrives under accountability and performance pressure.

Compensation Description

Bonus: 20% – 40%
