The Director of Inside Sales leads the SDR and inside sales organisation, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, sales efficiency, and team productivity.
Build a scalable inside sales organisation aligned with aggressive PE growth targets.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and productivity frameworks.
Optimise lead flow, qualification, and handoff processes.
Strengthen sales playbooks, automation, and enablement tools.
Partner with Marketing to maximise conversion rates at every funnel stage.
Implement rigorous performance management and coaching frameworks.
Ensure CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy, and data quality.

7–10+ years inside sales leadership, ideally in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
Strong analytical capability and experience building repeatable sales processes.
Track record of scaling SDR teams and increasing pipeline output
Metrics-driven operator with strong coaching skills.
