Business Services

Company Description

The Company is a private equity–backed provider of outsourced business and facilities services, delivering mission-critical solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers across multiple geographies. The platform has grown rapidly through a combination of organic growth and an active M&A strategy, and is positioned as a scaled regional/national leader within a highly fragmented services market.

Backed by an experienced financial sponsor, the Company is entering its next phase of value creation, with a clear mandate to professionalize finance, integrate acquisitions, strengthen controls and reporting, and support continued expansion toward a larger, more complex enterprise.

Opportunity

This role represents a compelling opportunity to join a scaled, private equity–backed business services platform at a pivotal point in its growth and value-creation journey.

  • Attractive End Market & Business Model
The Company operates in the facilities and outsourced business services sector, a large, resilient, and highly fragmented market characterized by recurring revenue, long-term customer relationships, and mission-critical service offerings. The model benefits from strong customer retention, contractual revenue streams, and meaningful opportunities for margin expansion through scale and operational discipline.

  • Established Scale with Significant Runway
With approximately $300MM in revenue, the Company has achieved meaningful scale while still retaining substantial upside. The platform is well positioned to continue expanding organically through cross-selling, pricing optimization, and geographic growth, while also serving as a consolidator in a fragmented industry.

  • Active, Well-Capitalized M&A Strategy
Backed by an experienced financial sponsor, the Company is pursuing a robust acquisition strategy, targeting high-quality owner-operator businesses that enhance geographic coverage, service density, and customer diversification. The pipeline of potential add-ons is strong, providing ongoing opportunities to drive inorganic growth and value creation.

  • Clear Value-Creation Plan
The sponsor and management team have a clearly defined roadmap focused on professionalizing infrastructure, strengthening financial reporting and controls, optimizing working capital, and integrating acquisitions efficiently. The next phase of growth will benefit from enhanced data visibility, standardized processes, and disciplined capital allocation.

  • Experienced, Aligned Ownership
The private equity sponsor brings deep experience in scaling business services platforms and a hands-on, partnership-oriented approach. Leadership is aligned around building a durable, high-quality enterprise positioned for a successful future recapitalization or exit.

  • Leadership Impact & Visibility
The CFO will step into a highly visible leadership role with meaningful influence over the Company’s strategic direction, capital deployment, and long-term outcomes. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing platform, work closely with seasoned investors and operators, and participate directly in the value-creation story.
