Job Description

The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Sponsor, with primary responsibility for financial strategy, planning, and performance management. This is a forward-looking, value-creation-oriented role, with a strong emphasis on FP&A, M&A, and board-level communication.

The CFO will lead financial planning and analysis, support strategic initiatives, and provide clear, actionable insights to drive growth and margin expansion. While overseeing core accounting and reporting, the role is intentionally weighted toward analytics, modeling, and decision support rather than day-to-day accounting execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the CEO and Sponsor on strategy, capital allocation, and value-creation initiatives
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and long-range planning
  • Build and lead a best-in-class FP&A function with strong business partnering capabilities
  • Lead financial diligence, modeling, and integration for add-on acquisitions
  • Provide clear, credible financial storytelling to the Board and investors
  • Support pricing strategy, unit economics, and margin improvement initiatives
  • Develop and mentor a high-performance finance team
