The Company is a rapidly growing, private equity–backed business services platform operating in a fragmented, mission-critical segment with strong recurring revenue characteristics. The business provides outsourced and technology-enabled services to a diversified base of middle-market and enterprise customers and is well positioned to benefit from secular tailwinds, including outsourcing, regulatory complexity, and demand for specialized expertise.
The Company has established a strong market position through differentiated service delivery, high customer retention, and a scalable operating model. With a solid foundation in place, the business is entering its next phase of growth, focused on accelerating organic expansion, executing a disciplined M&A strategy, and professionalizing planning and analytics to support scale.
The Company is backed by a leading private equity sponsor with a proven track record of building category-leading business services platforms through operational excellence, strategic acquisitions, and management partnerships. The Sponsor is highly engaged and views finance as a central value-creation lever.
