JOB DESCRIPTION

The CHRO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading all aspects of human capital strategy. This role will balance hands-on execution with long-term organizational design and leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy
  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Build performance management, compensation, and incentive frameworks
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and safety across sites
  • Modernize HR systems, policies, and processes
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR team

Candidate Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multi-site environments required
  • Prior PE-backed experience preferred

Role-Specific Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling organizations and leadership teams
  • Strong labor relations and compliance expertise
  • Ability to operate effectively at plant and board level
