JOB DESCRIPTION

The VP of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, and distribution. This role will partner closely with operations, finance, and commercial leadership to ensure supply chain capabilities scale in line with growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own supply chain strategy aligned with growth and service objectives
  • Lead sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
  • Implement demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes
  • Improve visibility, data, and analytics across the supply chain
  • Drive working capital improvement and margin expansion
  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team
  • Partner with the Sponsor and executive team on value-creation initiatives

Candidate Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of supply chain leadership experience
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments strongly preferred
  • Prior PE-backed company experience a plus
