JOB DESCRIPTION
The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and comfort operating in a build environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting
- Build and maintain cost accounting and inventory controls
- Support ERP and systems improvements
- Manage audits, tax coordination, and compliance
- Build and lead the accounting team

As the business prepares for its next phase, including ERP optimization, tighter controls, and future acquisitions, the Sponsor and management team are seeking a Controller who can bring rigor, structure, and credibility to the accounting and reporting function.

Candidate Requirements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing or industrial experience required
Role-Specific Requirements
- Strong technical accounting background
- Experience improving close and reporting processes
- ERP and systems implementation experience preferred
