JOB DESCRIPTION

The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, reporting, and internal controls. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and comfort operating in a build environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting
  • Build and maintain cost accounting and inventory controls
  • Support ERP and systems improvements
  • Manage audits, tax coordination, and compliance
  • Build and lead the accounting team

Candidate Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of accounting experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience required

Role-Specific Requirements

  • Strong technical accounting background
  • Experience improving close and reporting processes
  • ERP and systems implementation experience preferred
