JOB DESCRIPTION

The Controller will lead accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability. This role will partner closely with finance leadership and operations as the business grows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own accounting operations and close process
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance
  • Support systems and process improvements
  • Manage audits and external advisors
  • Build and develop the accounting team

Candidate Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA preferred
  • 8–12 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in services or tech-enabled businesses preferred
