Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Vice President of Platform Engineering will lead the engineering organization responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the company’s core platform infrastructure.

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across multiple product areas
• Develop engineering leaders and strengthen technical depth within the organization

Platform Architecture & Infrastructure
• Evaluate and evolve the company’s platform architecture to support future growth
• Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams to strengthen cloud infrastructure and deployment practices
Engineering Execution
• Improve development velocity and release predictability
• Implement modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring
• Establish engineering metrics that provide visibility into delivery performance and product quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with product leadership to align engineering resources with strategic priorities

Education / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering roles
• 8+ years leading engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software environments
Technical Expertise
• Deep experience with cloud-based platforms and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of scalable software architecture
• Experience improving engineering processes and development infrastructure
Leadership & Execution
• Proven ability to build and scale engineering organizations
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams and product initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Base salary: $250K - $300K
