The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead all supply chain functions across the organization and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
This individual will be responsible for improving operational scalability, enhancing supplier relationships, strengthening planning processes, and driving overall supply chain performance across a dynamic and increasingly complex operating environment.
The successful candidate must be highly analytical, operationally minded, and capable of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Assess and optimize the Companyβs global supply chain strategy and operating model
Improve demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting capabilities
Strengthen supplier management and sourcing strategies across critical components and materials
Build more disciplined S&OP and cross-functional planning processes
Improve supply chain visibility, KPIs, and operational reporting
Drive working capital improvement initiatives while maintaining customer service levels
Enhance scalability and operational coordination across sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics
Build and develop a high-performing supply chain organization capable of supporting future growth
Lead sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management activities
Develop strategic supplier relationships and negotiate key commercial agreements
Improve forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization processes
Implement KPI dashboards and performance reporting across the supply chain organization
Partner closely with engineering, operations, finance, and sales teams to improve operational coordination

All candidates must demonstrate exceptional operational leadership, analytical capability, and experience managing complex supply chain environments within growth-oriented organizations.
Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred
12β15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
Semiconductor, electronics, engineered components, or highly technical manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Prior private equity portfolio company experience preferred
Experience operating within global sourcing and supply chain environments required
Deep experience across sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
Proven ability to scale supply chain organizations within growing manufacturing businesses
Strong supplier management and strategic sourcing capabilities
Experience managing supply chain complexity involving long lead-time and critical components
Strong S&OP, forecasting, and demand planning experience
Experience improving operational KPIs, visibility, and reporting infrastructure
ERP and supply chain systems experience required

Compensation will be market-based and competitive and will include base salary, annual performance-based incentive compensation, and equity participation.
Base Salary: $275,000 β $340,000
Target Bonus: 40β50%
Equity Participation: Eligible
Total compensation will be commensurate with experience, technical capability, and demonstrated success leading complex supply chain organizations within growth-oriented environments.
