Role Overview
The Director of People leads the HR function and partners closely with the executive team and PE stakeholders to build a scalable, performance-driven organisation. This role is responsible for driving people strategy, organisational design, leadership development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with the PE value-creation plan.
Lead workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and leadership development.
Implement scalable HR systems, data-driven processes, and performance frameworks.
Support integration efforts for M&A activity, including cultural alignment and change management.
Drive a high-performance culture with strong KPIs, accountability, and leadership coaching.
