Reporting to the Technical Fellow, the Director of R&D and Technical Services will lead product development, analytical operations, and technical service activities across Inhance’s fluorine-based chemistry platform. This leader will guide new product innovation from ideation through commercialization, ensuring customer needs and technical capabilities align to create scalable, high-value solutions.
Early focus areas (first 12–18 months):
