Key Responsibilities Lead FP&A, long-range planning, and financial modelling aligned with PE requirements. Oversee accounting, controls, tax, treasury, and compliance. Deliver board-ready reporting, scenario analysis, and value-creation dashboards. Improve working capital, cash flow, and margin performance. Lead M&A efforts, including diligence and post-acquisition integration. Implement scalable systems and financial infrastructure. Build a high-performance finance organisation.
