Welcome to ThriveBoard (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), forming a legally binding agreement between you and Thrive Resources, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
To fully access the Platform and its features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Employers may post job listings on the Platform. By doing so, you represent and warrant that all listings are truthful, lawful, and comply with applicable labor and employment laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data privacy laws. Thrive Resources, LLC is not liable for the content of any listing or any employment outcomes.
Applicants must provide accurate, truthful information in their applications. We do not guarantee the availability, authenticity, or legitimacy of any job posted on the Platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Platform (“User Content”), including resumes, job listings, and messages. By submitting User Content, you grant Thrive Resources, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform or promote your listing.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share any User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We respect your privacy. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and international transfer of your data as described there.
Users located in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with data protection regulations are subject to additional rights. We collect data only with consent and retain data for no longer than necessary (typically two years, unless otherwise required by law).
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or behavior. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We may restrict access to certain features without liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Resources, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRIVE RESOURCES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
If you are located outside the U.S., you agree that U.S. law governs the use of the Platform unless otherwise required by local law.
For U.S.-based users, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If not resolved, the dispute will be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
